Participation Requirements
Join as a Domino’s member online to register.
Notifications regarding successful registration, group formation, or cancellation will be sent via email 10 days before the event.
Due to the height of the pizza-making counter, we recommend participants be at least 3 years old (or 95 cm tall).
Each participant will have about 20 minutes of hands-on pizza-making time, arranged on a first-come, first-served basis.
Platform height may vary by store layout, and the experience order will follow the store’s arrangement.
Only one invoice will be issued per registration, regardless of the number of participants.
Since certificates are prepared in advance, please ensure the participant’s name is entered correctly (no changes can be made on-site).
If the event must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., typhoon), the experience will be called off.
Domino’s reserves the right to modify, adjust, or cancel the event.
Cancellations & Changes
If you are unable to attend on the event day, please call the store at least 3 days in advance to reschedule.
If fewer than 3 people register for a session, it will be canceled and you will be notified 10 days in advance.
In case of force majeure (e.g., typhoon), the event will be canceled. Domino’s reserves the right to modify, adjust, or cancel the event.
